Processing of personal data of customers or suppliers

Basis for the personal data requested is:

- The agreed order (often the online order);

Personal data of customers or suppliers are processed by Q-LINN BV for the following purpose(s):

- Administrative purposes;

- Communication about the assignment and/or invitations;

- The execution of an order or the issuance of an order.

For the above purposes, Q-LINN BV may ask the following personal data from you:

- Name (formed by: First Name, Middle Name and Last Name);

- Phone number (both personal and business is possible);

- Bank account information (both personal and business is possible);

- Email address (both personal and business is possible).

During the term of the agreement/assignment, your personal data will be stored by Q-LINN BV. Afterwards the data will be kept for a maximum of 7 years in the financial administration.

Processing of personal data of Newsletter subscribers

Basis for this personal data is:

- The registration form for the newsletter of Q-LINN.com

Personal data of newsletter subscribers are processed by Q-LINN.com for the following purpose(s):

- Informing the person through news releases.

For the above purposes, Q-LINN.com may ask the following personal data from you:

- Name (formed by: First Name, Middle Name and Last Name);

- Email address (both personal and business is possible);

- Product Interests.

During the period you are subscribed to the newsletter, your personal data will be stored Q-LINN.com. You may choose to terminate your subscription at any time.

Provision to third parties

We may provide the information you provide to us to third parties if this is necessary for carrying out the purposes described above.

For example, we use a third party for:

- Taking care of the (financial) administration;

- Providing technical support on our web store;

- Taking care of the hosting for our web store;
