It is of course annoying if you have a complaint about the service as you experienced it. Nevertheless, we kindly ask you to pass on your complaint to the customer contact department by e-mail. This can be done by e-mail, regular mail and/or by phone. Our employees at the customer contact department will review the complaint and try to resolve the complaint to everyone's satisfaction.
Upon receipt of your complaint, you will receive a confirmation from us.
We will respond to your complaint within 14 days of receipt, should it take longer, we will notify you.
If you do not appreciate this, you can always contact the mediation department of Stichting Webshop Keurmerk (www.q-linn.com). If the mediation attempt for any reason does not lead to a satisfactory solution, it is possible to submit your dispute to the Geschillencommissie (SGC).
