How do I return my order?

If you have ordered a passet, the return label has been added to your order. 

When ordering without a passet, please send us an email to info@q-linn.com. Please state order number and reason for return. We will send you the return label within 2 working days so you can return your order free of charge. 

You can hand in your return at any PostNL service point. The orders always include a small gift such as a phone holder. Only if you keep at least 1 item from the order, you may keep the small gift.
