4 common mistakes when buying a bra

1. Too small or too big

Just ordering a size smaller because you think a bra looks too big on the picture is not recommended. The reverse is also true. But what makes wearing a too small or too large bra so bad? First of all, your breasts do not get the support they deserve. You can also suffer from back or neck problems. In the case of a bra that is too tight, the fabric will rub off more quickly during exercise. And that is not a pleasant feeling.

On average, a sports bra lasts six months to a year. A regular bra will last a little longer. But still, it is best to replace your bras after you have worn them for a year or two. Especially sports bras take a beating due to acids and salts found in our sweat. Also, the fibers of the fabric suffer from constant movement.
